One-to-one and private friendship group sessions and regular workshops to help new mothers with babies (6 weeks to mobility) develop self confidence and practical tools to manage the physical and emotional demands of motherhood.

Yoga will be tailored to increase energy levels and stamina as well as to support any necessary physical healing after birth.

Perhaps you didn’t have the birth you dreamed of and are finding it hard to come to terms with; are finding motherhood difficult, struggling with the shift in your identity, or are suffering from baby blues or post-natal depression… Whatever your experience, we can work with you to explore moving through and transforming emotions.

iamama life coaching and yoga is taught by Leonie Taylor and Alexandra Hughes:

Leo has three yoga babies and runs pregnancy, mother & baby, and parent & child yoga classes, known for their warmth and positivity. Teaching since 2007, Leo is Yoga Alliance-accredited with 500 hours+ teacher training.

Alex is passionate about conscious mothering and supporting women’s potential. She is mother of three, a Professionally Certified Coach (CPCP) and owner of In Essence Coaching.

Sessions can be arranged in your own home or we can book clinic space in which to conduct sessions if space is an issue or you would prefer not to practice at home.
