Reviews from women who attended REST on Jan 28 2017:
‘A deeply nourishing safe space to simply be. Somewhere to tune out of the rush of every-day life and have a moment to look after yourself. A time to fill your cup so you can go back to filling others. Everyone should do this, especially those who Mother.’
‘A very relaxing day in a place where you can feel safe and understand by others.’
‘Day of escape from the crazy but beautiful world of motherhood!! Just what I needed and sure other mamas would value and appreciate something like this too! It was perfect and right timing for me as it was what my mind, body and soul needed :)) Gave me time to just relax and reflect on so much time absorbed on giving… It was a lovely day and can’t thank you all enough for being there. The venue, surroundings (not too far from brighton) nourishing lunch w/o washing up (bonus!) and rest was amazing!! Thank you & Namaste Smita’
‘A day just to stop and take stock, rest and be nurtured, surrounded by like-minded mamas.’
