We are also offering one-to-one sessions, in your own home, combining personalised life coaching and yoga to help transform negative or challenging feelings post-birth. Whether you didn’t have the birth you dreamed of and are finding it hard to come to terms with; are finding motherhood difficult, or are suffering from baby blues or post-natal depression, we can work with you to explore moving through and transforming emotions.
