Would you like to be able to offer friends and/or family a really great massage? In this cosy, social afternoon, you will learn the basics of therapeutic Thai massage, so that you can share this incredible practice.
The afternoon will include:
– Meditation and gentle movement to prepare body & mind
– Simple, guided massage techniques to share
– You will both give and receive Thai massage.
– An optional guided sauna session afterwards with meditation & breathwork to deeply relax
– Thai massage is fully clothed, oil-free, and practiced in pairs.
– The practice can be adapted to suit different bodies’ needs. There is a degree of physicality and it is performed on mats on the floor, so please do get in touch for a chat before booking if you are concerned about your mobility or health issues.
– You are welcome to come with someone you would like to practise with (both places need to be purchased) or be paired with someone else in the group.
