Lou Thomas (they/them) is a queer and trans yoga teacher and arts facilitator whose work sits at the intersection of wellness and social justice. They specialise in a neurodivergent, trauma-informed, accessible, and community-based approach. They love that when centering accessibility, it allows people to practice together in a space that can hold each individual’s own unique complexity and magic. Leo Taylor (she/they) is a yoga teacher, therapeutic Thai massage practitioner and author – she has published books about yoga and digestive, respiratory and immune health, Yoga Teacher in a Box, available now, a celebration of diverse bodies in yoga, and is currently working on a book on embodied menopause. She is mum to four incredible queer humans, and is committed to supporting wellness in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those loving and supporting them.
