Come and join me 5.50-6.35pm Saturday 23 June at Brighton Yoga Festival, St George’s Church, Kemptown. I’ll be in the Red Zone, sponsored by Infinity Foods and Brighton Natural Health Centre. As usual, I’ll be teaching an intuitive, expansive and joyful practise that empowers you to listen in to your body and breath with respect and kindness.
