If you have a friendship or family group who would like to practice yoga together, we can organise private group tuition, tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the group. This could be pregnancy, post-natal (perhaps you’ve met in ante natal class or at pregnancy yoga), partner or yoga tailored to the specific requirements and experience of the group.
I can either come to your home or work, with all yoga equipment, or we can hire a space (for instance, the Anahata Clinic on Edward Street)
Cost: £45/hour.
